WORKSHOPS - Thursday 4th October

Time: 10.00am - 4.30pm
Venue: Western Sports Hall, Sydney Olympic Park
Cost: $66.00/person (gst inclusive)
One Coach free for every 5 participants attending.
Additional coaches pay $66.00.

A minimum of 5 participants is required and must be supervised by an Accredited Coach.

WORKSHOPS - Thursday 4th October - UPDATED - 22nd August

Levels Workshop - 8.30 -10.00am
Presenter: Kerryn Cormick
Kerryn will cover warm up games and activities, perfecting compulsories, skill development for levels athletes and Jumping Jack phrase choreography. The option to see some of the new 2008 Level routines will also be available. This workshop is a must for Schools, Levels coaches and athletes.

Skills Workshop - 10.00 - 11.30am
Presenter: Trudi Nurse
A great workshop for coaches and athletes covering skills for optional routines, lead up drills and information from the Level 3 World Coaching Course Trudi has just returned from in France. This is a fantastic opportunity for question and answer time. An informative and valuable session from the leading Australian Skills Coach

Choreography & Transitions - 11.30am - 1.00pm
Presenter: Anthony Ikin
Anthony will take coaches and athletes through an energetic and inspiring master class. He will cover choreographing innovative routines, maximizing aerobic content and interesting transitions. Come and get active and inspired with Anthony
